219-987-3865"Men were on time and well prepared with supplies, only negative is Mathew was the employee that did the initial service but was not available Monday, Mike came with a helper and was Mike, first visit here had to take time to try to figure out Mathew's findings. then the part they brought did not fit so had to go get another one. Then continued to finish the job. Mike found an oily deposit on the heat exchanger that he did not know what it is or where it came from. don't know if it needs further Investigation or not but put everything back together and flushed it out and everything seems to be working well all in all seems good. time will tell. The only thing that I think could have made it easier for your technician, was the information that I was switching from Fuel oil to LP didn't seem to get relayed. He didn't seem to know that.
